Chandler House

Chandler House is the shop, studio and gallery of Michael Chandler, a self-taught artist and ceramicist whose cobalt-blue porcelain, tile murals and Cape-inspired homeware rework Cape Dutch and Delft traditions with wit.

Trading from an 18th-century Cape Georgian house on upper Church Street, it pairs Chandler's ceramics and prints with antiques and curiosities, while the adjoining Voorkamer Gallery hosts monthly shows by local artists.
